Community Standards

Introduction
PlaySunday connects Persons and Churches so they can serve together. These Community Standards describe the behavior we expect from everyone using PlaySunday, and the tools available if someone falls short of them.
1. Treat others with respect
Communicate with other users the way you would want to be treated. Disagreements happen, but PlaySunday is not the place for hostility.
2. No harassment or bullying
Do not repeatedly contact, target, or demean another user, or use PlaySunday to harass someone on or off the platform.
3. No hateful or abusive language
Do not use language that attacks or demeans someone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
4. No inappropriate or sexual content
Do not send or request sexual content, or make unwelcome romantic or sexual advances, through PlaySunday.
5. No threats or safety concerns
Do not threaten harm to another person, yourself, or property. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly -- PlaySunday is not an emergency service and does not monitor for these situations in real time.
6. No spam or scams
Do not use PlaySunday to send unsolicited advertising, deceptive offers, or attempts to defraud other users.
7. Be honest about who you are
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation with a Church, or misstate your qualifications, experience, or availability.
8. Respect the Person/Church relationship
Do not use access gained through a Booking, Application, or Invitation to pressure, exploit, or retaliate against a Person or a Church outside the bounds of your serving arrangement.
9. Use Messaging appropriately
Messaging is intended for communication about Opportunities and Bookings. Do not use it to circumvent blocking or reporting, or for purposes unrelated to PlaySunday's marketplace.
10. Respect others' privacy
Do not share another user's private information (such as contact details or location) without their permission, or use information you learn through PlaySunday for purposes unrelated to it.
11. Follow the law
Do not use PlaySunday for any unlawful purpose.
Reporting and Blocking
If someone violates these standards, you can report the conversation or user, and you can block further messages from them. Reports go to PlaySunday for review.
Private messages remain private by default -- PlaySunday does not read messages proactively, but may review reported content as part of investigating a report. We take reports seriously, but we do not currently commit to a fixed response time, and enforcement action depends on the circumstances of each report.
Reporting categories: harassment or bullying, hate or abusive language, inappropriate or sexual content, spam or scam, threat or safety concern, or other.
These Community Standards are incorporated into our Terms of Service.
