Delete Account
You can delete your PlaySunday account at any time, either from within the app or by requesting deletion here.
Delete in the app
Open the PlaySunday app, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete My Account, and confirm. This is the fastest way to delete your account.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account for you.

support@playsundayapp.comTo help us find and verify your account, please include the email address you used to sign up for PlaySunday, and let us know whether you signed up as a Person, a Church, or both. We'll confirm once your account has been deleted.
What deletion does
Deleting your account permanently removes your ability to sign in -- your login credentials are deleted and cannot be recovered.
Your private profile information is deleted, including your Person profile details, private location, and preferences.
Your account record is kept in an anonymized form -- your display name is replaced and your account is marked deleted -- so that historical records that reference it remain coherent. This can include past Bookings, Applications, Invitations, messages, reports, cancellation records, and legal-acceptance records, kept for legitimate platform, safety, dispute-resolution, and legal or compliance purposes. We do not apply a fixed retention period to these historical records; they are kept for as long as legitimately needed.
If you manage a Church
Deleting your Person account never deletes a Church. The Church's presence on PlaySunday continues independently of your account -- even if you were its only active Owner. In that case, the Church becomes unmanaged until someone else takes over managing it; its identity, profile, and organizational history are not affected.
